How do I contact Teen Town?

Hours of Operation
Teen Town Office Hours are Monday-Friday: 9:00am-9:00pm &  9:00am-4:00pm on Saturday.
After School sessions begin at
2:30pm-Monday thru Friday and end at 7:30pm. Saturday
sessions begin at 10:00am until 4:00 pm. The program is not offered on holidays.

Tuition
Please call for rates & registration. Accepted forms of payments are MasterCard, Visa, U.S.
Postal Money Order or Local Bank Check.  There is a $40.00 fee on all returned checks.

Is there a sibling/family discount?
The sibling(s) of the first enrollee receives a $25.00 savings off registration & tuition.

Does tuition vary if my child does not attend the whole week?
No. Tuition is not pro-rated based on days attended.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing no later than 14 days prior to start date of
scheduled session. Cancellation requests made after the start of the program will result in a fee.

What do I do if my child has special needs?
We would love to see ALL children be able to participate in our program. We are putting forth
every effort in hopes of being able to accommodate children with Special Needs in the very near
future. Please check our website periodically for updates. Please call with any questions.

How are participants grouped?
Participants are grouped according to grade, gender and age.

Dress Code
Parents & Participants will receive dress code information and expectations upon enrollment.
Improperly dressed students will NOT be allowed to participate in session(s).

What do I do if my child is on the waiting list?
If you have a child on the waiting list, we will contact you as soon as opening becomes available.

Pick-up & Drop Off
For the safety of all participants you must sign your child in and out. If student is transported by
someone other than a parent we MUST be informed by parent/guardian
prior to pick-up.  
Identification MUST be presented. Please be advised there are NO EXCEPTIONS!! In the event it
is necessary for you to pick up your child(ren) early please notify Teen Town as soon as possible.

What is the employment & screening process for Teen Town?
Teen Town hires college-age students. All applicants must submit a written application,
personal interview, five personal references, five professional references, motor vehicle report,
health & background check and sex offender registry check.

Behavior Rules & Regulations
Parents & Participants receive a copy of rules and regulations during enrollment.  This policy is
strictly adhered to.  Parents will be contacted if there is a continuous problem of non-participation
in the program, bullying, stealing, profanity, threats, inappropriate language &/or conversations
or any other behavior that detracts from the atmosphere that Teen Town strives to provide.
Poor behavior will lead to dismissal from the program.
